HAWKE'S BAY NOMINATION. (By Tclecrai.il.—Pre-t Association.) • Napier, March 11. Mr. J. R. Kirk,' ex-Mayor of Giswho was a member of the Royal Commission on Education in 1912, and is at present a member of the Hawke's Bay Education Board, has been nominated by the latter body as a candidate for a ewit on the National Counoil of Eauoatloa. ■
