Athens, February 18. Tlie naval attache incident has closed amicably. [A detective insulted a Greek naval attache openly in the street at Pera, a suburb- of Constantinople. M. Panas, Minister of Foreign Aifairs, protested to the Grand Vizier, who apologised. M. Panas referred the matter to the .promise 'of an ampler and more public reparation, including the offender's dismissal, and an apology from the Prefect of Police. M. Panas subsequently left Constantinople on account of difficulties which arose out of the incident.]
