• Those who intend exhibiting at the tDannevirke A. and P. Association's (■sixth annual show should keep in view .the fact that entries close on January 27 with the secretary, Mr. F. C. Ward Street, Dannevirke. The :6chedule is comprehensive and prizes fare numerous, so there is every inducement to owners of good sheep, cattle, \fand horses to bestow their patronage ■i.upon this gathering. It is said that iindications point to the show being ■,(quite in keeping with, and possibly bet■jter than its predecessors, as good supVjport numerically has been promised by '•prominent sheep and cattle owners, bewhich the horse classes and competitions aro certain to be well filled. .Side-shows will be strongly in evidence, numerous applications for space having ■teen made m this connection. The 12th National Dairy Show will be held at Palmerston North on June /22, 23, 24, and 25, 1915. ' it Is quite probable that intending .exhibitors at the Feilding Show, to be held on February 2 and 3, have confused the date of closing entries with, tho R_am Fair, this the . committee have decided to extend the date of receiving entries until Friday .next, January 22, when they will positively ;close. Valuable cash prizes and numerous trophies are offered for ring competitions and horses, and all classes of stock are well catered for.
