GERMAN STATEMENTS DENIED '. Washington, September 25. The Secretary of the/ Japanese Embassy contradicts Baron von Schoen's statements, and says that they are designed to arouso ill-feeling. A recent message from Peking stated that tho German Chargo d'Affaires had notified Cliina that his Government will reserve the right to deal with China both in the present and in the future, owing to a breach of neutrality for permitting tho landing of tho Japanese. Germany reserves the right to exact compensation for all losses sustained in Sonsequcnco. JAPANESE ADVANCE. (Rec. September 28, 1.35 a.m.) Poking, September 26. The Japanese have occupied the Shantung railway up to Wei-bi-sir and Fang-tse-town.
