Present indications' are for strong west to south-west winds, cold and changeable weather, rain, probable, specially on .the West, Ooasfc and southern districts, The 'barometer ie unsteady, Mfith a rising tendency .everywhere soon. Low pressure ruled everywhere on Saturday, and the barometer has continued low in the ssuth,. but has risen in the north since Sunday night.
