The accused had been serving a customer with his employor'* milk for some time, and slum ho had bpnn paid hy the custemifir, ho had failed to pay the money to his employer. Mr. J. F. W. Dickson, who appeared for tho accused, asked for leniency. His Worship, without entering a conviction, ordered the accused to refund money stolen—9s. Ild. For insobriety Dan.M M'RawMl, Frank M'Gnire, and Patrick Jordan were each fined 20s. Frank M'ttyiulei'S was fined 10s., and two first offenders were cdnvicted and discharged.
