Watson, of Pahiatua:—"l have just finished a contract with the ' BahiatuaPongaToa Motor Co., and just to show you how the Overlands etanri up to'their tvork-I give you'a few particulars.' I was on this contract a month and four days, doing 80 miles a clay over- the worst roads that you could find anywhere, and I was always loaded, having- 4-fi passengers and myself, also G bags of mails, ond papers and parcels..''.Well;. I nev.or had a stop or • a breakage of any sort, and I had some .very wet trips. The last day on tho job the roads were very greasy and I was an hour late. Taking a sharp turn tho back wheel skidded and over the bank to went, a drop' of 40 feet. Well, wo got tho car up on the road a fow days later, and sho started just as good as ever; we drovo her into Pahiatua and got a few things fixed up, and sho has been running ever since—not a bad record, what do you say ?
