At a meeting of the directors of the Farmers' Union Mutual Tiro Insuranco Association, reports showed for tho year ending March 31' a very satisfactory increaso of business. The total tiro losses for ,tho year amounted to £225. The' association now has close on £250,000 worth of risks. A new agent was appointed at Blenheim, and _ increased business was being received from that district and Nelson. The annual meeting of tho association will be held at Wanganui on May 27.
