NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. ■fIaOTTCB is hereby given that at a ■Li Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on the 2nd day of April. 1914, the following resolution was passed:— The Wellington City Council hereby mate, by Special Order, the following Resolution, in pursuance and exercise of the authorities and powers vested in it in that behalf by tho provisions of *'The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and its amendments, and in pursuanco and exercise of all other powers and authorities (if auy) enabling it in that behalf.
