Tho following notice of motion has Been handed in by the Southland Union :— "That the, following sub-rule be added tu Rule No. 15 (D):—'That the only delegates entitled to vote at the annual -general meeting of the New Zealand llugby Football Union be those delegates who are members' of theunion which they represent. , " RUGBY REFEREES. At last night's meeting of the Wellington Referees' Association Messrs. S. Wilson and H. Bevie were elected new members. Mr. H. Buck was' nominated for election, and the question of his admission will oe balloted on at next meeting.
