Association for arranging the At a subsequent' meeting of ' the council, Mr. Thomas' Waugh (Hutt) was elected ohwiman, Mr. Geo. Cooper vicechairman, and Mr. Ed. Gibbons secretary and-treasurer, together with a'committee- of sis.
