Ho said that it was pro,bablo that tho lino connecting Clyde and Cromwell,-a distanco of 13 milos , , would /bo completed within the next threo years. The Minister touched on very few matters outsido these subjects. He, 'however,'regretted that Mr. G. \V. Eusscll, M.P., speaking at Linwood, had repeated tho error made by Sir Joseph 'Ward at Wintmi/and actually corrected hy him at Dunedin, in regard to the increase in taxation per head under tho present Government. Mr. Frasor was accorded a hearty voto of thanks for his address. . .
