UNEMPLOYED IN DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph—Prees Association.) Dunedln, July 13. At a meeting of unemployed yesterday morning, 70 men handed in their names as being out of work. Of this number 54. are married, and have dependent on them 20i persons. The average time that bhe men have been out of work is about three or four weeks. Tho secretary, of the General Labourers' Union will interview various local bodies on Monday to see if there is any ehanoe of the position being alleviated.
