[Specially Written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY. Muttoii broth. Kromeskies. Potatoes. Brussels sprouts. Marmalade pudding. Sweet melted butter. MARMALADE PUDDING. Four ounces flour, two. ounces sugar, four ounces marmalade, three ounces suet, live ounces breadcrumbs, one teaspoonful carbonato of soda, milk. Shred the suet, add the flour, sugar, breadcrumbs, and marmalade, and then the soda, dissolved in a little warm milk. Tliis pudding should be rather stiff, or it will break when it is turned out. If necessary, add a little more milk. FOR TO-MORROW. Half a pint lentils, stock, schnapper, forcemeat, cauliflower, suet, jam. Defiance Butter. "All Grocers*
