SERVIAN ARTILLERY IN ACTION. BULGARIANS REPULSED. SEVERE FIGHTING. EXCITEMENT IN BELGRADE. By Telegraph—PreEß Association—CopyTieht (Rec. June 2G, G. 40 p.m.) Belgrade, Juno 2G. A force of 12,000 Bulgarians crossed the River Zletovo and were repulsed by th» Servian artillery. The combined casualties were five hundred. j DETAILS OF THE FIGHTING. (Rec. June 2G, 10.55 p.m.) Belgrade, June 2G. The Bulgarian force, whioh included five hundred bomb-throwers, crossed tho river twenty miles north 'of Ishtib and attempted to pierce the Servian lines. The Servian artillery came into action and. the infantry was heavily reinforced. Severe fighting went on for several hours. A Servian bayonet charge finally broke the Bulgarian line, which hurriedly retreated, leaving numerous dead and wounded on the field. Excitement prevails at Belgrade and the Government has confiscated the newspapers which published special editions with headlines "War Begun."
