AMENDING BILL INTRODUCED. By Telegraph—Prose Association—Coprrinht London, June 25. The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr. Lloyd-George) has introduced an amending Bill to the National Insuranoe Act in the House of Commons. The Bill excludes insured persons earning over <£160 from medical benefits, penalises employers for deducting more from wages than the Act allows, and extends the full benefit of the Act to persons over fifty years of age.
