DIVORCE COURT'PROCEEDINGS. HOUSE OF LORDS' DECISION, By Telegraph—Freu Association—Oopjrltht London, ilay 6. In connection with the recent decision of the Judicial Committee of the House of Lords that divorqe cases cannot be heard in camera, the matter arose through the Lower Court ruling that the principal in a nullity suit had Jjeen guilty of contempt in publishing transcripts of the diction which had been heard in camera.
The Judicial Committee of the House of Lords reversed the ruling. Lord Haldane, the Lord Chancellor, remarked that every Court of Ju.stice must sit with open doors.
