SPIRITUALISTIC CONFERENCE.

Tho business of tho Spiritualists' Conference was continued at tho New Century Hall on Saturday morning. There was a full attendance of tho delegates present. Nearly tho whole day was spent in revising the rules and regulations of the society and in tho reading of papers on various subjects connected with spiritualism. It was decided that the next conference be held at Auckland next Easter. At tho New Century Hall on Sunday morning, .services were held and addresses wero delivered by Mr. Sorensen (Auckland), Mrs. Donaldson (late of Edinburgh), and messages' were given by Mrs. Schutz and Mr. Victor. In the afternoon there was a largo attendance ■at tho Children'a Lyceum, and a very successful session was. held, Tho children- went through a number of raarche9 and gavo recitations and some duets. ' ■ Addresses were given bv Mr. Smedloy (England), Mr. Wliito (Waihi Lyceum), and Mr. Moody (Christchurch Lyceum). Mrs.' Miles delivered an interesting sceance address. Mrs. Sorensen (Auckland) spoke, and a sliort talk from Mr. Miles, the leader, thanking the audience, brought tho meeting to a close. In tho ovoriing there was a large attendance at tho hall. Mr. Thompson, of the Now Plymouth Society, delivered a very able tranoo address, which was mucin appreciated. Mrs. Donaldson also gave an inspirational lecture. Clairvoyant messages were given by Mrs. Scliutz and Mr. Victor,; and a short address was given by. Mr. Nation (president of the. New Zealand National Association of Spiritualists). Dnring tho whole of tho services special hymns were rendered by a strong choir. The singing was much appreciated, and ■ tho hall wns ill col)' decorated. A deputation from the conference will wait on the Hon. A. L. Herdman, Minister for Justice, at. 10.30 a.m. to-day.
