MONTEZUMA. LIMITED. The report of tho directors to bo presented at tho statutory meeting of shareholders of tho Montezuma-, Limited, to bo held in Wellington on April 3, statos that the total number of Ghares allotted by the company is COCO of £1 each, and of these shares 500 have been allotted as fully paid lip, otherwise than in cash, and 6500 havo been allotted subject to the payment of tho full nominal amount thereof in cash. The shares allotted as fully paid up have been allotted in consideration of the ."-ale by the allottees to Hie company of mining" privileges and plant, in terms of contracts dated December 9, 1912, between Daniel Lincoln, John Lincoln, John I'calte, junr., James Henderson, and Hugh Scott, of tlio'ono part, and John Francis Barr Stevenson, of tho other part; and January 20, 1913, mndo bet-ween the company, of the first part, Daniel Lincoln, John Lincolu. Jolin Pealte, junr., Jainos Henderson and Hugh Scott, of the second part, and John 'Francis Bnrr Stevenson, of the third part. The total amount of cash received by tlio company in respect of the said shares is £2293 15s„ and the company lias received no cash in respect of the 500 shares allotted as fully paid up.
