GLUT IN AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrieht London, March 21. The "Daily News," in announcing the flotation of Victorian and West Australian loans after tho holidays, states that tliero is a glut in Australian securities. Of six loans totalling .£13,300,000 the underwriters took .£10,405,000.
