PUBLIC SERVICE APPEAL BOARD.

A poll for tho election of members of the Public Service Pcard of Appeal..is, to be taken at Wellington on Monday, May 5. All voting papers are required, to bo in the hands .of the returning: officers by- 8 p.m. on that date. The members- to be elect'pd include one each' to represent respectively the postal anil tho telegraph brandies of the Post and .Telegraph Department. Only officers of tho, branch of the Department concerncd will vote for tho election of f liese: ni.eiiibers.' In addition a separate ballot of- the members. of .tho rcst v of tho Civil-Servioo will be taken for the election of .two members, of tho Appeal Board. " Two ' members (one to belong to the service) are to be . appointed by tho Governor, and one of tho appointed members is to be chairman pf the board. .
