MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
A. large number of seamen were present, last evening at the Seamen's Institute, when a programme of instrumental music was supplied by the band of tho R-.M.S. Arawa. Tho items contributed by the band, under the conductorship of Mr. ,T. Keys, were much appreciated by those present. Individual members of the band ■also-Tendered selections, and the hope was expressed that the band would favour the institute with another visit on their Teturn to New Zealand. The following gave items:—Messrs. T. Day. .T. Mulholland, Wjii. Grey, D. Cook, 11. Sliott, P. Chapman. G. West, T. Wright. T. Outram, W! Marshall, .T- Riley, and T. Williams. At tho close of the entertainment the miesioner, Mr. W. F. Cocks, expressed tho thanks of those present. '
