Vienna, December 20. The "Neue Freie Presse- , ' says the visit will probably make Bulgaria's pnetentions evident. NICHOLAS OF MONTENEGRO. AGITATION TO DETHRONE HIM, (Eec. December 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, December 21. The "Daily.ChronicleV Cetinje correspondent reports, an agitation to dethrone King Nicholas of Montenegro, because of the Montenegrin's want. of success compared with the Servian triumphs. To restore his popularity King Nicholas assumed command at Skutari and during the two months he was in command tho Turks were enabled to improve their position, while the Montenegrin army was reduced. The country generally is. in a deplorable'condition. ■ ' It is reported in Belgrade that Karegorgevitch is considering a united sway over Servia and' Montenegro. THE PEACE DELEGATES. The military law was adopted after a forty-five hours' sitting. , TURKEY AND ADRIANOPLE. SURRENDER OF ARMS NOT TO BE INSISTED ON. The Paris "Temps" Constantinople correspondent reports that Rescind Pasha has been, instructed to raise the question of Adrianople at the peace conference quickly, and if the Bulgarians--persist in its .surrender to break off. negotiations, REVICTUALLING ADRIANOPLE. ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS. (Rec. December 23, O.dO a.m.) London, December 22. The Peace Conference sat for two'hours. The Turks are prepared to negotiate with the Greeks, but as a preliminary, and on humanitarian grounds, ask for revictualling of Adrianople and other besieged, ■towns, . < The allies replied that revictualling had been previously settled at Chatalja, and the question was outside the scope of the present conference. The Turks replied that they must refer the matter, to the Porte!. The meeting adjourned till tomorrow. ' ' (Sec. December 23, 0.40 a.m.) ! Belgrade, December 22. ' The Government adheres to the Powers' recommendations regardant Albanian autonomy, and the Servians' commercial access to an Adriatic port. f : ; GREEK'SUCCESS. ' / . Athens, December 22. (Rec.
