BOARD OF TRADE INDICTED. By Tclecraph—"Press Association—Copyrißht London, December 9.' Lord Muskerry, in tho Houso of Lords, moved for an inquiry into tho administration of the Marino Department of the Board of Trade. He accused tho Department of showing gross and almost criminal neglect for the safety of life at sea. Vessels had been allowed to sail when unscaworthy and with, dangerous deckloads. Tho Earl of Granard thought that Lord Mersoy's Teport on tho Titanic inquirydid not support these strictures.
