NINE LIVES LOST IN ALASKA. By TelsrrHDh—Press Association— (Kec. December 10, 9 p.m.) Washington, December 10. Nine miners were killed at the Copper Mountain Mining Company's property at Cordova, Alaska, by an avalanche which overwhelmed and carried off bodily seven 'buildings. Nine of the men in the buildings were buried and two rescued.
