Shred tho vegetables finely and toss them in tho butter until it is absorbed. Add the stock boiling, and cook a fow minutes. Cool slightly. Mix tho yolks, cream nnd milk together, strain into tho soup, and thicken without boiling. FOR TO-MORROW. Carrots. Stock. Shoulder of Mutton. Cabbage. Rhubarb.
