PUBLIC NOTICES. WELLINGTON . CITY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of tho Council of the City of Wellington, held on tho 14th day of November, 1912, it was resolved as follows:— WHEREAS, by Deed of Lease dated the Gth day. of November, 1905, Registered No. 92270, made between the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, and Frederick George Bolton, the land described iu tho said Deed/of Lease being parts of Sections 123 and 121 Lambton Reclamation, was leased to tho said Frederick George Bolton for the term of 21 years 'from the first day of March, 1805. AND WHEREAS, by Deed of Assignment dated the 19th day of June, 1307, Registered No. 96570, the said.lands became vested in John Puller, Benjamin John puller, and John Fuller, the Younger, for the residua then to come and unexpired of the term of years created by tho said Deed of Lease registered No. 92270, AND WHEREAS,- by Deed .of. To accept a-surrender of the'said .'three.■'Ucds of Lease, Registered Nos.. 92270, 98849, and 105, 492, and to grant to the surrenderors new leases of tho lands comprised therein, as follows:— (1) A new lease of all that piece of land, being parts of Sections 120 and 122 Lambton Reclamation, bounded on ; the North by Waring Taylor Street, 25 feet on the West by Sections 319, 118, 117, 116, and 115 Lambton Reclamation, 170 feet 5 inches, on the . South by Johnston Street 25 feet, and : ' on the East by other parts of the said Sections 120 and 122, 170 feet as the said piece. of land is,more particularly delineated on the plan hereto appended and therein edged red and marked "Lot 1." . (2) A new lease of All that piece of land, being Sections ISO, 12*. 123. and .121, and parts of Section 120 and. 122, Lambton Reclamation, bounded on the North by Waring Taylor Street 70 feet, on the West bv other parts of : the said Sections 120 and 122, 170 feet, on the South by Johnston Street 70 feet, and on the East by Sections 135 and 125, Lambton Reclamation, 170 . .feet, as the said piece of b"id is more particularly delineated on thesaid appended' Plan, and is therein edged bluo and marked "Lot 2." (3) The terms of the said leases to be one year from Ist January, 1913. 2. The rental to be raid in respect of tho. said Lot 1 shall bo 155.. and in respect- of .the said Lot 2 .-C22S and such rentals shall be paid halfyearly on the first day of January and the first day of July, 1913. 3. Tho new 'leases shall contain a covenant for -tho. granting of renewals ... of the said leases in peroetuity, at nn annual rental to be fixed by valuation of the full and improved ground rental of tho said premises that ought to be payable during such new term, without taking'into consideration the value of any buildings or . improvements then existing on. tho demised premises for successive periods of fourteen years, and such' leases shall contain tho same covenants, mutatis . mutandis, as are contained in leases of the Tfl Aro Reclamation now granted by the Wellington City Corporation. 4. The new lease of,the said Lot 1 shall contain a covenant to erect on the said land beforo tho first day of July, 1915, a building of the nature and in the manner set out in tho said leases of the' Te Aro Reclamation. 5. The new lease of tho said Lot 2 shall contain a covenant to erect a building on the. said land.before tho ■ first day of.
