CITY FIRES.

House No. li 9 Tinakori Band was rather badly damaged by fire on Monday night, and the contents were destroyed. The house, which is owned by Mr. A. Batchelor, and occupied by Mr. Thomas Elliott, was insured in 'the United Office for Mi. There was a blaze in the corporation yards at Lyall Bay yesterday.
