LODGE AFFAIRS.
Holly Lodge, No. 1 Id, U.A.0.D., held its ! half-yearly meeting in the old Masonic { Hall at Jolrnsonville on Saturday even- ' ing, Bro. Benge, A.D., presiding. Much interest was displayed in the election of officers, almost every office being contested by young members. A communication from the Grand Lodge fixed the date of the bicmiial conference at Marton as February 3, 1913. A specially summoned meeting of the lodgo will be held on December 21 discuss Grand Lodge amendments. The election of officers Tesulted as follows:—A.D., Bro. Brown; V.A., Bro. Randall; secrelary, Bro. M'Malwn; treasurer, Bro. Edge.; 1.G., Bro. Fisher; 0.G., Bro. Rice; A.D.B.'s. Bros. AVashiugton and Tunny; Y.A.B.'s, Bros. Morgan and Morris; auditor, Bro. Grant; G.L. representative, Bro. M'Mahon. D.P. Bro. Boock, who was present ns installing officer, complimented the lodge on its financial position and the efficiency of its officers. Holly Lodge was the richest lodge in tlie order, and lie felt sure that the present officers would strive to mainlain that position. The business closed with a vote of thanks to the outgoing officers.
