BRANCEPETH ESTATE.
AN OFFER TO GOVERNMENT. Messrs. IV. and 11. Beetham have offered .5000 acres of tho Broncepeth Estate, adjoining Mr. A. J. Stono-Wigir's property, to tho Government for the "purposes of close settlement. This will enable road accosfl to be secured to that portion of Mr. Stoiio-Wigg'n property that is across the Wainuoru River and will remove the only difficulty in the way of acquiring Mr. Stono-Wigg's property. The total area aggregates 100,000 acres.
