WINFRED CIGARETTES. An interesting exhibit is now to be seen, at the warehouse of Messrs.. J. Myers and Co., of Hunter Street, illustrating the great popularity of Winfred Cigarettes. The exhibit takes tho form of a huge stack of empty tins, which were at one time packed full of cigarettes, and which have been returned to the agents as evidence of the favour in which this particular brand of cigarettes is held by a number of competitors in the biggest competition of the kind.ever held in New Zealand, tho idea being that those who- returned the greatest number of tins won the substantial prizes offered. The packages of tins consist of boxes, parcels, cases, and sacks of empty tins, all bearing tho talisraanic word "Winfred," and there is small doubt after seeing this display that the brand has secured a firm grip 011 cigarette lovers of the Dominion. Particulars as to tho winners of the Winfred competition appear elsewhere in this issue. Did you ever have a headache that einiply wouldn't stop? Tried everything wltn no reeultP -.
