The Select Committee which is comadering the Trade Union Bill, on the motion of Sir Rufus Isaacs, . AttorneyGeneral, accepted an amendment allowing trade unions to pay their members in the House of Commons.. Sir Rufus Isaacs said trade unions ought to be allowed to manage their own affaire. .The Conservative members supported the amendment on the ground that it would make easy the teversal of the Act for the payment of members of Parliament. .
