H.M.S. Drake, flagsMp of the Australasian Squadron, accompanied by H.M.S. Torch,'which is expected in port from' Auckland this morning, will leave., Wellington'early to-morrow morning for torpedo practice in Cook Strait. Both vessels ■will return to port in the evening. The Drake will leave Wellington for Sydney at 6 p.m. on December 11. Eα route a call will be made at Milford Sound. During the last few weeks the Drake's sailing date for leaving Sydney for Home has been altered no ; fewer than, three times. At first she was scheduled to leave the New South Wales port in , January. Word has now been received stating that tfho flagship is to be dispatched from Sydney'on December 23. '.'_" H.M.S. Cambrian, with Admiral Sir George King-Hall on board, is due back at Wellington from Lyttelton on Saturdav. ■ the commander of H.M.S. Drake has arranged for the Navy League juvenile members to be shown over the flagship this afternoon. ■ Boats will leave the jetty at 1.45 p.m., and at about 2.30 p.m.. Only financial members of the league are to be taken on board. Each batch of, say, 20 juveniles should havo a master or mistress in charge, so that the youn? people may be kept well under- control while on board. . 7.
