It has proved a most complicated work) by reason of the fact that several roads branch on to the main, road between Petone and .Wellington, and it is difficult to classify all the traffic properly. A summary Jias already been compiled, but it hks been judged inadequate by the Commissioner (Mr. (Shortt), and it is being amplified.
