A choir, in a recess o.n the lefo will' then sing two verses of "God Save the- King." The Postmaster-General having turned the k«y, the' public will be admitted to the public office. Here, according to tho programme, speeches will .'be delivered by the Prime Minister, the Hon. A. It. Herdman (as mejnbsr for tho district),' atad the Mayor (Mr. D.
