PROGRAMME FOR OPENING CEEB MONV. The Hon, R. H. Rhodes (Postnia'sterGwieral) has approved the programme' of •proceedings at the official, opening sf the new General Post Offico building at Wellington, .on Tuesday, November 26, It has ten arranged that tho Posk-< master-General shall arrive at the doora o.f the public office at 3 p.in, Having received a key from the-, contractor, Mr. Rhode's will deliver a speech and formally declare the building open. A choir, in a recess o.n the lefo will' then sing two verses of "God Save the- King." The Postmaster-General having turned the k«y, the' public will be admitted to the public office. Here, according to tho programme, speeches will .'be delivered by the Prime Minister, the Hon. A. It. Herdman (as mejnbsr for tho district),' atad the Mayor (Mr. D. M'Laren). f The choir will then sing: • "Glory. and Love to the Men of Old." Refreshments will bo,, prqyidsdv'i'.and further choral singing will bring the 6ero» mony to a close.
