Tho committee, which is to.meet the City Council Reserves Committee this week, is to inquire whether tho chargo will bo niado on occasions when the grounds are not in use. It was stated by the chairman that if the association was charged for the wickets which they do not use, the association would not be able to pay for them, as their financial position would not warrant it.
