CHIEF JUSTICE OF ONTARIO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, October 12. The death is announced of Sir Charles Moss, Chief Justice of Ontario. Tlio Hon. Sir Charles Moss, K. 8., LL.I)., was a distinguished member of the Canadian Bar. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1881, and was Vice-Chancellor of tho University of Toronto, 1900-1006. Ho becanio n .Tudgo of tho Appeal Court in 1807. and Chief Justice in 1002. As Chief Justice lie was several times administrator for the Government of Ontario. 110 was knighted in 1907.
