SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY ACRES (more or less), being Sections Nos. 16 and 17, Block IV, and Sections 18, 18b, and 19, Block ' V, of the TAUNGATA SURVEY DISTRICT, and Block lc, WAIOWHANGA, OTAKI. The Sections are classified as under:— LOT 1, SECTION l(f-S27 ACRES', 200 acres are felled and grassed, good easy .spurs and terraces with warm slopes. Cattle yards, 2 paddocks, with a milo ,of good fencing,, and 2 whares. Sawmill on property can be bought at valuation if desired. LOT 2.
