Minister for Public AVorks, referring to the Legislative- Council's rejection of the Sayings Bonk Bill says the time will come when the elected representatives of the people will compel the Council to stand aside by abolishing the Council altogether or putting in it sufficient up-to-date democrats to force it'to comply with the will of the people.
