SEDITION IN EGYPT.
TURKISH JOURNALIST ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Assodation-o»pyrleht (Rec. September 5, 0.40 a.m.) Constantinople, September 4. The Sheikh Shawish, editor of the "Hilnli Osraani," has been arrested, and sent to Egypt. It is believed that the seditious posters seized in Cairo were printed in the "Osmani" office. The journal recently attacked the British policy in Egypt.
