ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
THE KAIWARRA CASE. An inquest regarding the death of Percy Thomas Farrell, aged. 32, who was found at Kaiwarra on Wednesday last, was held at tho Magistrate's Court, before Dr. M'Artlmr, on Saturday. Evidence was given as to the steady character of deceased, but it was men-tioned-that, for the last month, lie had been depressed. A verdict of suicide was returned, there being 110 evidence as to deceased's state of mind at the time. . NICHOLAS GREY'S DEATH. An inquest was held, before Dr. M.'Artliur, on Saturday on the death of Nicholas Grey, who was found / dead in Dixon Street recently. A verdict, of death from lieart failure was returned. THE INJURED CONDUCTOR. On inquiry made at the hospital last evening it was ascertained that Conductor White, who was seriously injured on Friday last, -through falling off n moving tram-car on Lambton Quay, is progressins favourably towards recovery. •
