"ITITHEREAS FREDERICK INGLE, late ' ' of 24 Queen Anne's Gate, Westminster, in the County of London, of Station Street, Nottingh am, and of Middlefield, Colsterwovth, near Grantham, in tho County of Lincoln, Contractor. Deceased, who died on tho 30th day of May, 1912, and whose Will was proved in tho Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justioo in England on the 15th day of June, 1912, by George Neat, of 24 Queen Anne's Gate, Westminster, the surviving Executor therein named by his said Will bequeathed the following pecuniary legacies (inter alia): To each son and daughter and:to each grancl-daughter but not grandson (and not including among theso Legatees those otherwise benefited by his said Will) of each and every brother and-sister of his Father and of each and every brother and sister of his Mother who 6liould bo living at his death .£100; and declared that no Legatee should bo entitled to be paid who did not send a claim for his or her legacy to his Executors within 12 calendar months of the appearance of this Advertisement and also satisfy Ms Executors of the validity of,the claim.
