Lowe, a firm of hatters, who are claiming £10,000 damages from the United Hatters of North [America, a trade union body, on tho ground that it lias been concerned in a conspiracy to injure their trado. The Court is' being attended by leading Labour men throughout tho United States. , 1 The case involves the right of the American Federation of Labour to publish a list of what it considers fair and unfair firms. It .is alleged that boycotting methods and intimidation were "jsed by tho Labour union in question.
