BKOUGHT ON IN COURT. (By Teloeraph.-Frcss Association.) Auckland, August 30. At the Supreme Court to-day Patrick M'Manemin was charged with bavins stolen the racing mare Soultoriij, before his Honour Mr. Justice Cooper. Tho Hon. J. A. 'Pole conducted the case for the Crown, Mr. F. Earl defending. Evidence was similar to that hoard in tho lower Court, and tho enso was then adjourned till to-morrow.
