YUAN TO BE IMPEACHED,

The National Assembly has resolved to impeach tlio President Yuan-Shih-Ivai, for failing to give o- satisfactory explanation of the execution of tho two Hupeh generals, who were tried and sentenced last week by a drumhead court-martial. CHINATOWN EXCITED. REPORTED ASSASSINATION OF SUN YAT SEN. (Eec. August 21, 0.20 a.m.) New York, August 20. Francisco reports that there is intense excitement in Chinatown in consequence of the roported assassination of Dr. Sun Yat Sen, the Chinese Republican leader, in Peking. Hundreds of cablegrams have boen dispatched to China seeking to verify the report.
