At tho instance of the military authorities, the residence of Miss Oram, the correspondent of the London "Daily Mail" was searched in her absence. Hearing oi tho visit, Mis,s Oram returned accompanied by the secretary of the British ligation, and made a protest against the search. Slio was then arrested, and placed in a cell i.u the womeu's prison. The British Minister has interviewed the Government regarding the incident.
