Mr. Levien, chairman of the Totalisalor Commission, is arguing that tho Tctalisator Commission's report indicates that a majority of the commissioners, while admitting tho value of ths machine, objected to its introduction 011 tho ground that it would increase the facilities for gambling. Ho intends to re-introduce the Totalisalor Bill in amended form, so as to prevent bookmakers from plying their calling, thus meeting .the objections.
