CANADIAN LABOUR DISPUTE. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 31, 0.15 a.m.) ' Ottawa, July 30. A collision has occurrcd between the police and strikers who were loitering at the Canadian Northern Railway coal docks at Port Arthur, Ontario. Several of the police were wounded, the chief constable being seriously injured. A couple of strikers were also injured. The assistance of the military had to be obtained to preserve order.
