SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for etrong southerly winds KC/.erally. with cold, changeable, and showery weather, but improving shortly. The barometer will probably 'rise everywhere for a few days, but another disturbance ie likely to bo in evidence about the end of the wcoli. The barometer commenced to rise In some parts early on Sunday moraine, and conditions, though, still very unsettled, present an.improved aspect this evening. Cold, showery, and squally weather is reported in many parts, with a south-easterly ealo at East Capo, and a, north-easterly moderate gale at Oape Foulwind, accompanied „ by a local thunderstorm. , D.
