Turks entrenched opposite Sidi Said, Tripol', and carried the position by assault. Tho enemy, 6000 strong, fled, leaving 500 dead. An Italian flying column rushed and destroyed the Tmkish base camp, capturing a number of prisoners. During tho fighting twenty Italians were killed and 112 wounded. (Rec.
